Scot King has been in the mortgage industry since 1998. He began his career working for 2 local mortgage companies in Orange County, California. After a few years, he obtained his broker license and formed is own company Pacific West Capital which helps borrowers with all types of mortgages for residential and commercial purposes. The company is approved with many of the states most competitive wholesale lenders offering government and Fannie Mae type loans as well as alternative mortgage products for those individuals who do not qualify for a traditional loan. In addition to being a mortgage broker, he is also a CPA. He worked for over 7 years in public accounting where he specialized in income taxes for business entities and individuals and he helped business owners with numerous ways to improve their bottom line. |
