| If you would like us to help you with the processing of your reverse mortgage, we will require that you create credentials here at the site and complete our brief reverse mortgage application. Alternatively this can be done over the phone with your loan officer. Based on your responses to the questions, a check list of items will be created for you, and you can then assemble these documents and upload them into your members area.

| The loan processing cycle takes about 3-4 weeks depending on the availability of an appraiser in your area and whether or not there are any title issues which need to be fixed or whether your home has any repair work which is required per the HECM reverse mortgage guidelines.
